Commercial decorating is mostly a scheduling problem. The painting is the easy part; the difficulty is getting it done without shutting you down. We work evenings, weekends and school holidays where that is what the job needs, and we phase larger sites so one area is always usable.
For landlords and managing agents we do voids and turnarounds at short notice, a flat repainted between tenancies, communal hallways and stairwells brought back up, fire doors and handrails done properly. Everything is quoted in writing per unit so it is straightforward to sign off.
We are fully insured, we hold the paperwork you are going to ask for, and the same family team turns up that would come to a private house. Insurance and reinstatement work is undertaken.

- Can you work outside business hours?
- Yes. A large share of our commercial work is done in the evening, at weekends or during school holidays specifically so the space stays open.
- Are you insured for commercial sites?
- Yes, fully insured with public liability, and we can send the certificates and method statements to your managing agent before we start.
- Do you take on landlord and letting agent work?
- Regularly. Void turnarounds, communal areas and full block redecoration, priced per unit so it is easy to approve.

They did a brilliant job which also included a number of other repairs before painting, which included lots of cracks in the walls and plaster damage too. I moved out of the house and left Steve with my house keys to enable them to finish the work sooner and felt very comfortable leaving them to get on with the work. The quality of the work was excellent and I returned home to a clean and beautifully painted 'like new' house!”
